Water is very
important part of our life. Without water healthy
life
is not possible. Human body needs water daily. So that Body’s internal organs
working with total efficiency. Thin blood is essential because thin blood can
be freely transmitted in the whole body and if blood will thicken then it can
not provide Nutrition to all body parts. Due to low intake of water blood flow
of our whole body get affected.
Medical Usage of Different Water
Temperature
1. Soft Water: Use soft water to destroy effects
of Biliary disorders, inflammation, blood disorders, drug epidemic, tiredness
and other severe disorders of your body.
2. Hot Water: Use hot water to destroy effects of
discharge, hemorrhoids, liver disease, lower back pain, cough borne diseases,
vata disease, throat disease, abscesses – pimple, hiccups and other diseases
are helpful in diagnosis.
Normal
process to drink Water :
In morning water intake should be
balanced and according to the nature of your body. No need to drink too much
water. Often: people intake excessive water or too much low quantity water in
morning. You should take 1-2 glasses of water in morning. 1 hour ago and 1 hour
after meals water to drink. During meals drink minimum water (100 ml to 150 ml.
During Food intake the water dilute the digestive juices, by this digestion is
affected.
Do not
take Water :
You should avoid water intake in some
special circumstances such as immediately after defecation, after the coming
from sun light and without being the normal body temperature, after exercise
and hard work, soon after and before lunch, Watermelon, Kharbuja, Guava ( Amrud
), Sitafl, after extremely hot food and immediately after sex.

from More Water Intake :
The way intake of water below than
average gives damage to the body, in same manner intake of water more than average
also gives adverse affect to the body. Excessive intake of water has invites
many diseases such as increases fatness, Kidney disease, Aging, Skin disease.
Therefore do not intake more then 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) water.
